Sports friends or not :) Our priority is to ensure that, given the context, an optimal and transparent service, including all the players in the service chain ensuring delivery.
Our warehouse is functional, in a rigorous framework and the team on site ensures exemplary service. A big thank you to them, who shares their consistency and professionalism, still allows thousands of customers to be delivered today.
The moment is not suitable but we will present to you soon, l '' one of our important asset in our eyes which is to ensure a certified logistics respectful of the environment, via our certified logistics center ECO CERT, in a spirit of ecological optimization and to reduce the impact on our beneficent planet, at maximum.
In addition, we can proudly continue to provide an adapted and clean service in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic.

What about our transport providers?
Colissimo continues to ensure home deliveries, without signature for the moment, limiting physical contact to the maximum. However, the collection of packages and their routing is complicated on the side of La Poste, your packages can be currently very delayed without guaranteed delay. In order to serve you best, we have for the moment interrupted Colissimo deliveries.
Our main provider, Chronopost continues itshome delivery service only. The pick-up and drop-off points are no longer possible. You can however choose a delivery to a safe place (to your neighbor, under the garden table ...) and to a mailbox.
A delay in delivery is possible.

UPS : Some platforms are currently closed, no longer ensuring delivery.
TNT : No longer ensures delivery to the Nice region for the moment. This may be the case in other areas of France.
DPD : Networks closed on Wednesday and Friday.
Relay point : Some relays are open, but the containment measures may not allow you to go and pick up the package.
